Training is vitally important for building up a skilled manpower for the successful and timely implementation of any program. As such GRAMAUS has always been providing its staff of all categories and the group members with necessary training. GRAMAUS has a system of twin phase orientation courses for its staff. The orientation section of the organization provides training to its staff on office management, Implementation, conducting and evaluation of projects and arranges further training for them with other organizations for the betterment of the standard of their skill. The workers of the organization are finally appointed only after they successfully complete the orientation courses after their preliminary selection. The orientation section also provides training to its old staff for the improvement of their respective project wise skill and efficiency. Besides GRAMAUS takes steps to enhance the efficiency standard of its staff by arranging their further training with other govt. and non-govt. organizations such as PKSF, BRAC, CDEF etc. We are now conducting all our orientation activities by setting up a training centre having all amenities. GRAMAUS has taken up a plan for, building up a modern training centre on its own land.
