The total staff strength of GRAMAUS is 471 of which 190 male and 281 female. The proportion is 60 % male and 40% female.
The staff working in the projects have received different development training courses mostly organized by the donor Projects or organizations. Working efficiency is the only criteria to continue in the job of GRAMAUS. All working forces are very much aware about the matter and practiced as output oriented services in the organization.
